CITY OF FREDERICKSBURG Assistant City Attorney

The City of Fredericksburg is seeking an Assistant City Attorney to begin work in January 2025. Fredericksburg is the cultural hub for a rapidly developing region with a walkable, historic downtown. This is a new position that will present the opportunity to assist two other attorneys and develop individualized core practice areas. This opportunity would suit a new practitioner or someone with some legal experience looking to transition to the public sector or a new region. A first round of candidates will be considered after November 15, 2024, but the position will remain open until filled.
