COUNTY OF LOUDOUN Senior Assistant Deputy or Senior Deputy County Attorney

The Loudoun County Attorney's Office is seeking an attorney to focus on land use, zoning, and comprehensive planning and development matters. This attorney will provide legal advice and counsel to County staff, the Board of Supervisors, the Planning Commission and other advisory boards and commissions in matters related to the review and process of land development applications, and the interpretation and enforcement of the County's land development ordinances. This attorney may also represent the County and its officials in land use litigation, zoning appeals and Code enforcement proceedings.
